he is a filthy muslim, just like Ted Haggard or Jim Bakkar are filthy Christians. I'm a christian and I hate what they have done with the power they've been given. It's the same with Osama.

It's racist. The implication of the insult is that it is Osama's faith which makes him evil. Thus denigrating that in Faith in a racist way.
