We have no enemies other than ourselves and diseases for which we have no cures. We have overrun the planet. Overpopulation and our inability to deal with it are the problems.

In the Pre-historic days...when our intelegence, common-sence, and problems solving abilities were limited...nature use to provide to us like the rest of the species what we needed - to cover our needs- day by day and to survive in the long run. You can see the same cituation exists today in the tropical forests and many parts of Africa and Asia...where primitive tribes survive - and the land & river where they live by supply to them any thing they need to survive- food wise, medicine wise, shelter wise, and any thing else they need day by day. But as humans multiply in biger numbers...and start to create daily needs in biger numbers...then collective management shows up...and the routines change. Always...land, water bodies, breathing Air, Seasons, will provides the dailly needs of every species...the only that changes for every multiple grooup is who will do the pick up, how and from where the pick-up will be done, where will be delivered and how will be consumed. Nature always will be here to cover our survival basic and multiple needs...acording our physical and mental abilities.

Um, she's making assumptions. We aren't the only species that needs to do that because we don't need to do that to survive.
We choose to. For millions of years we adapted ourselves to the earth instead of adapting the earth to us.

We do not have the physical protections and adaptations because we have our brain to create those things we need.

Because we change our environment to survive now, we no longer have to adapt to it.

God created many things for man to have dominion over; not them to have dominion over us. Man was created in theimage of God. (Thus he can think, not just follow instinct as the animals do).
