You should not be giving her anything like that. Just feed her a balanced diet and plenty of it as she has kittens in her to bear. But under no circumstances should you be given herbal remedies without consulting your vet first.

Cats are carnivores and can't make much use of any vegetation unless it has been modified to simulate partially digested foods in the stomachs of their prey and even then is predominantly passed as fiber only. As mentioned by someone else, many human safe vegetation can be toxic and dangerous, besides not being beneficial, although you are asking the right questions with the right thing in mind. :)
What your cat needs most is high quality protein and fats that are naturally loaded with Amino Acids including Omega rich fatty acids which are the building blocks to support the development of her kittens and protect the mother.
Check out Tiki Cat Premium Wild Caught Seafood if you have a store near you! This food can also be fed to the kittens by adding a teaspoon of flax seed, sunflower or olive oil to the food once they are old enough.

dont try to give the cat anything like that. You dont need to boost its immune system, the cat will deliver those kittens just fine. Just feed and water her like normal. Its not good to try changing things now, especially.

NEVER NEVER NEVER give an animal a medication (including an herb) that is for humans. You can kill the animal or do permanent damage. If it is a medication that the animal can take then the vet will have it in the form and dosage for your pet. I know you are trying to help, but I also know you would feel terrible if something happened to your pet. Good luck.

Why does she need her immune system boosted? Has she been ill? Check with the vet.

I would suggest VERY strongly that you ask a vet before adding extra supplements. What maybe good for a cat, may not necessarily be good for a foetal kitten...
