Yes, you can marry him here. It's not appropriate to get a fiance visa if you won't be living here in the U.S. Just have him be careful when he enters the US on the tourist visa. If the immigration people think he's entering for any other reason than vacation, then he'll be sent back immediately. It's best for him not to have anything on him that relates to the wedding or being involved with you, etc.

Yes, you can marry whoever you want in your own country. If he is "visiting" here with his passport, he can too! Once you get married, be sure to fill out the proper paperwork with INS anyway, that way if there ever was a change of mind it would be easy for both of you to relocate back to the U.S.. They are starting to get stricter about these things since 9/11. My U.S. husband and I got married in my hometown up in Canada. I came to live in the U.S.. We simply drove back across the border and filled out the paperwork that we needed. Double-check and call INS on your situation. I don't believe you even have to give your name to just ask a question or two. Good luck! Spain sounds nice.

Absolutely. He gets free citizenship here if he wants it. There are very few countries that don't recognize marriage from other countries. I think Iran MAY not recognize a Christian marriage.
