In the morning. You want to try consume all your carbs in before noon. It'll jump start your metabolism, then after noon, try to keep it to protein rich food, it'll keep your body burning fat and calories the rest of the day. Pair that along with regulae cardio and strength training and you'll be set for life.

as long as you eat fruit its all good! certain fruits like banana should not be had at night...so you are safer having fruit i n the day time...its great to start your day with fruits!.....its good to have after a meal coz they will satisfy your sweet tooth!
