I came to know from a fren that a girl likes me at my work.Shes ok ,decent nice and innocent kinda girl.I have already quit the job and i met her once and talked couple of times over the phone.One day she asked me if we could take this to another level.But the problem is that i really have no answers for her..absolutely no answers.I just talked to ther to make her self feel good.Another thing is that i am going abroad so.you know i have no answers at all..

from my experience is that dont start a relationship if you dont even intent it to last .....if she's a nice gal , breaking up with her later will even hurt her more ....maybe u can try telling her that you are currently focusing on your new career and dont wish to be in a relationship ?

You should tell her the truth. I understand you might not want to hurt her feelings, but keeping her on her toes, thinking she might have a chance is worse. If you have nothing to say, tell her your not interested and just stop talking. She will get over it, and a lot easier than thinking you have interest and then finding out you had none.

Stop lying to yourself. You have an answer, the answer is no. You just don't want to hurt this girls feelings.
Tell her because you are going away you don't feel it is fair to start a new relationship.
