Does this happen just when you are on your period? Or is it all the time.? I get the same way..Only when on my period. Its hormones.. Its an imbalance, that your body is trying to correct through the period. Its normal. I know its scary, its insane. There is something you can do to calm yourself. Take a nice long walk. Listen to music that makes you wanna dance..Watch a funny movie.. Dont do anything/put yourself in situations that may make you more upset.. Its just several days a month.. And its life.. So feel better, well try to atleast, Oh! I know this sounds dumb..but during your period..stay away from caffine!.. It causes headaches, and can mess with you more.. Drink more water and the heavy feeling will go away.. As messed up as that sounds..it actually works. :P

Try Midol or Pamprin. You can buy it next to the Advil and asprin in the pharmacy. It is specifically for PMS symptoms. And next month you might want to start taking it a day or two before your period starts. In the meantime, avoid people and just relax somewhere by yourself when you can.

There are many things out there today that can help. But you will need to see your doctor who will be able to determine exactly whats best for you. Don't let this go untreated. You don't need to live this way! Good luck and take care of yourself!

to be totally honest with you it sounds like you might be bipolar you should talk to your Dr. if you don't and this gets worse it can be very harmful and hard for people to want to be around you. I'm saying this because i am bipolar along with other things such as multiple personality disorder anxiety disorder. if you ever want to talk you can email me at brandy8muns@yahoo.com or my IM is tootsjrfan. i know it can be very difficult to go through and sometimes it helps when you can have someone to talk to. i wish you the best. good luck and GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!

it is all hormones. the best solution to this is contraception. the pill will regulate your hormones and eliminate these symptons. another alternative is to use holistic supplements. clacium is helpful and so is don quiotie (spelling it like it sounds as the correct spelling escapes me). a natural path can help you if you want to go the holistic route. however, the pill is really your easiest and best beat.
