The tax preparers at Wal Mart are from one of the large tax franchises. They normally put their better preparers there because they are alone most of the time without a supervisor to help. If you are a Wal Mart employee you get a 25% discount for doing your return in the store.

so what is your question?

if you are asking should you let the people at walmart do your tax return? Then I would say why not?...Someone else said not to let a walmart employee do your taxes but I don't think the people doing taxes in walmart are acutal walmart employees....they just work for H&R Block or whatever company it is that happens to have their store inside the walmart so they should be just as trained as anyone working in any other H&R Block store (although I really don't know how well those people are trained or what their qualifications are).

Personally I prefer to use something like turbotax or one of those other programs on my computer at home...it is alot easier than bringing all your stuff to the store and it seems to ask all the right questions and gets the job done...I have used these for the last 4 years and never had a problem

I wouldn't trust my taxes and that much personal information to a Wal-mart employee.
