Take it from a person who has A topic Dermatitis
use Eucerin Calming Creme dry skin therapy
this will help you alot
and don't use deoderent soaps such as AXE
just so you know use Dove white

i know this from experience this helps cause A topic Dermatitis is a skin disorder that makes your skin raw and itchy if you scratch it it also burns like an inferno
doing this will increase the health of your skin trust me

That sounds like a dermatologist ? and many doctors specialize so they only know their area .
It is winter and many persons skin dry out badly and are susceptible to any irritation (like the sinus & allergy).
Next time you shower , after the soap , take a sponge with baby oil and wipe all over your skin. Wipe off with the same sponge like you shammy wipe a car.
After shower then get in a cotton robe or sweats for about an hour.
If that does not help , then see a dermatologist to check it out.

I suggest you find another doctor. Any doctor who is unwilling to answer something or not willing check is ignorant. Especially when there is some pain involved. Try for a second opinion or perhaps try the ER to see if there is something that someone finds. Try WebMD and research your symptons and see what applies to you to maybe find what you're looking for. Then print and take it with you to another appointment with another doctor to see what they may come up with. Hope this helps.

MW, this might sound like a dumb question, but are you sure it's your skin and not beneth it? I too had a similar problem mentioned it to the doctor who ignored it. I have much bigger problems with neuropathy today. Make your Doctor pay attention to your complaint or find another Doctor.
