Well most kids love pasta . Green Giant makes pasta meals that come in a bag in the frozen section . Kinda like chicken Viola but better . It has all your veggies your meat and your pasta cooks in 15 minutes . My kids love it . Another one kids love is the chicken and broccoli pot pies or just chicken pot pies . My kids love broccoli and cauliflower they think they are little trees . also chef salads . Kids usually love salads and ranch dressing .Another one is mashed potatoes and corn so make something with this . Introduce stuff to your kids and they are more acceptable to eating off of your plate . Take advantage of this to introduce them to new foods . Breakfast foods . they make frozen pancakes , eggs are always good instant flavored oatmeal . Kids love yogurt . Fruit salad . There are endless possibilities just have to make them creative or kid friendly .

My daughters fav breakfast at this age was dry cheerio's, an apple (chopped into small cubes so they aren't a choking hazard) and her sippy cup of milk. Otherwise, try scrambled eggs with some wheat toast. That always went over well. :)

My daughter loved scrambled eggs, maybe some toast and jelly or diced fruit to go with it (or a banana.) Also waffles cut up, or pancakes. For dinner, my daughter's fave is instant mashed potatoes and veggies.
