No. Your body needs vitamin D to metabolize Calcium. That is why you see a lot of vitamins for Calcium claiming Vitamin D has been added. Caltrate +D to name one. Vitamin D is a vitamin your body naturally produces when it comes in the sun. But you can't get enough of the vitamin that way. But milk does not cancel the bodied ability to absorb Vitamin D.
