You answered your own question!!!! Avoid him !!! Give him a quarter, and tell him go downtown and open a fire hydrant and get hosed down!. Buy him a bar of soap and tell him to use it! Hey, here's an idea!! Get some cologne, and tell him," I forgot your Christmas gift, here it is! hey, why don't you put this on, like right now!"
