"A friend is something to be kept in the heart" or
"Keep a friend in the heart". It is Portuguese (Brazil ) and these are words from a song of Milton Nascimento, Amigo (Friend)

This isn't Spanish, it's Portugese. It means:
A friend is something to keep in your heart.
By all means, send it to your friend. It's beautiful!
