wow! that is the choice? are we talking lean or regular hot pockets? i dont like the sodium in the hot pocket and the fat.....what kinda milk with the luck charms and how much? if your eating 2 cups of lucky charms and 1 cup of whole milk then your consuming more calories but getting more vitamins... a few at least...
its all relative... read the packing and measure your potions

have you ever tried toaster strudles? those the position you positioned the frosting on your self. they're "dry" food in spite of the undeniable fact that the frosting helps or you'll get yogurt. healthful and quick. be sure you've a drink, some juice or water consisting of your snack so a minimum of you are able to stay somewhat hydrated. artwork your way as a lot as having a actual breakfast. i comprehend i could not stand to devour (no matter if i tried) for the first hour that I wakeful without feeling like I honestly could throw up. yet then i began shifting into more effective of a recurring, basically by way of ingesting some orange juice no matter if i did not devour some thing. Now i'll down a bottle of water and a boiled egg with somewhat of toast in the previous leaving and that i infrequently ever had time.

They do make breakfast hot pockets with eggs and ham and stuff. They have more fat than a bowl of cereal. I'd rather have the hot pocket for a good boost of protein.

you are right, breakfast is important. I would choose a Lean Pocket over a hot pocket for lower fat and calories if that is a concern...if you are just looking for a quick easy breakfast, try some of these things for variety: yogurt, fruit & cottage cheese, cut up a fruit bowl ahead of time, half a whole wheat bagel with pb, make a tortilla wrap using the small tortillas ( i like wheat) and scrambled eggs sprinkled with cheese or sliced deli meat for filling, oatmeal, various cereals, and my favorite...toaster waffles..I like the Kashi kind cause they have lots of vitamins and fiber and I put yogurt on top (usu. stoneyfield, activia, or the small dannon ones) instead of syrup and you can eat it on your way out the door if you have to cause it doesn't drip. good luck, sounds like you're on a healthy track, hope this was helpful:)

The breakfast pockets have eggs and cheese in them with a choice of meat (like bacon, ham, sausage)

Hot Pockets are horrible! Full of saturated fat! If you want too enjoy cereal, try the "Kashi" brands, they are low in sugar, high fiber, and quite delicious.
Breakfast calories are mostly fuel for you body making it the most important meal of the day.
