Yes it does because it means you're stupid and stupid people do stupid things that will end their life early. SO yes, doing drugs makes you closer to God.. or maybe closer to Satan. Drugs are stupid and so are those that do them

It might. Here's why:
God manifests in the material world we live in through the Divine values of truth, beauty, and goodness. Anything that enhances your appreciation of these values has the potential to take you closer to the source of their reality.
Here's an example of how it works. Some psycho-active substances-- not all-- break down the contraints on consciousness-- the "funnel" that prioritizes what you focus your attention on. This often results in your mind focusing more closely on things that would have never caught your attention before, e.g., the glint of sunlight off the surface of a puddle of water; clouds of fog lifting and disappearing, etc.
Like any experience, however, to gain the maximum of benefit from it requires balance and sincere reflection. Getting stoned everyday to be "closer to God" is delusional if you're using that time to play Grand Theft Auto or any other meaningless pastime; you know the difference. Balance includes recognizing the subtle changes in perception, from a substance like cannabis, as opposed to the destructive elements of a substance like cocaine. Any substance can be abused; a word to the wise is sufficient.
Being high does NOT distance you from God, as someone here claimed; your Spirit presence indwells your mind, regardless of how you use it. Temporarily expanding consciousness, whether by the use of a chemical intoxicant or your own emotions, can bring you closer to God, and teach you how to recognize him in reality.
It's not going to benefit you to abuse this process once the lesson has been learned. This can be treacherous ground, especially for younger minds lacking maturity and discretion. Just be clear about your motive: do you genuinely want to be closer to God, or do you just want to get f*cked up?

No not all weed. Only hydroponics. And only certain types. The marijuana plants that are grown with the soil from the holy land and watered with h2o from the parted sea, have been known to allow people to see God carving out more commandments to give to his followers. Because their are problems with over "Windexing" this said supply; no one has been able to remember the specifics. So it's best to not do anything remotely close to having any sort of a good time. Just to ensure you will get into heaven.

For the ignorant: weed does not shorten your life, in fact is great for depression, it is also good for cancer and glaucoma patients, and being drunk is also good for spirituality, or being closer to God People liek to claim it doesnt because they want to outlaw anything THEY consider impurities so that other people cant have fun or be spiritual in thier own way, BTW Native American spirituality did include marijuana before the war on drugs came down on everyone in America.

no joke! He really told me that. No being high does not bring you closer to God, it probably actually brings you father away.

For once it makes you closer to death because sooner or later u will end up dead because of it.then, it will surrely leading you away from anything you ever loved-like family,friends,loved person,because beeing stonned means beeing stupid and doing stupid things that u may regret later,but often u can never repair it.So..... think again about druggs!!!!!!
