I had 2 glasses of milk, and im eating chicken right now... why do i still feel weak?
my body should have replaced the lost blood volume by now, and my HB level is around 14.

It may take a few hour to replace the volume. Just because you are drinking does not mean that the fluids go directly to replace the volume. The food has to go thru the normal process of the digestive track. It's like if you are dehydrated. It takes a coulple of hours to feel back to normal after drinking fluids. HB of 14 is great. It means your body has great oxygen carrying capacity. Be patient and take it easy for 24 hrs after donating. And remember, someone's life just got better because you cared enough to donate! :)

It may not be the donation of blood that's making you feel weak - it could be a coincidence. Wait a day or two, and if you're still feeling weak I'd recommend getting more sleep and eating more healthful foods. If you still feel weak, consider going to a doctor. There are so many reasons why a person could feel weak, so it's hard to really give any suggestions beyond that.
