Are you on a computer a lot? It could be related to that. I know I get the same exact thing as you and I am on a computer. I notice it goes away when I have been away from a computer for a while, like a few days or so.

I had pain like this from 1969 till this past year. I was diagnosed for years as having the ulnar nerve pinched. However, nothing gave me lasting relief until I had a cervical discectomy last May. My spinal cord was badly pinched. I had spurs also. The surgeon used cadaver wedges, a titanium plate w/screws and I've had great relief.

Could be an affection of the cervical-brachial nerv plexus. I'd see a doctor. I'd also suggest an x-ray of the cervical spine, shoulder, and lung.
