Go to a park or somewhere romantic. Make lunch and have a picnic. Buy a bottle of wine and sit together under a tree. You can also make something for him. Maybe write a poem or something that expresses your love for him. Tell him the day is about him and anything he wants he gets.

Your boyfriend knows you don't have any money, so he should understand that whatever you give him come from the heart. How about a home cooked meal and a Blockbuster movie? Basically, without the assistance of money, the best gift is one which shows the most thought and effort. Good luck.

You buy him a nice birthday card (assuming you can afford that) and you tell him you love him more than anything else in the world. It's the thought that counts, not the cost of the present. If he loves you, he'll understand and appreciate your simple, honest gift.

Something real romantic like drinking hot cholocote and looking at the stars if its not to cold. If it is you could do it and sit together and look at a fire in the fireplace if you have one. Just a quite evening together and maybe a back rub would be what I would like. Just be sweet and romantic and he will love it.

You fix him a really nice dinner, with beautiful candles lit and some good music, and make up a coupon book of things you are willing to do for him when he presents you with a coupon.

these things are all great walk in park make him/her something but the bottom line is they will be dissapointed! lets be realistic! borrow some cash from a friend and do the right thing!

A nice long poem from your heart...or a nice long letter on how you feel abut him...plan him a nice romantic spa day at your house... Make him dinner and run a bath & all that good stuff...make it really nice....
