We are trying to start eating better, baked chicken instead of fried, etc. What are some sites that have good recipes for this? and I don't like weird food, i.e. eggplant, squash, zucchini....we like chicken, steack, pork, carrots, peas, that kind of stuff...

just do what you said right there, bake instead of fry....eat smaller portions, just basically be more conscious of what you eat, and you can still enjoy food you like......and what's wrong with eggplant?
