How about two different things? I don't have an exact recipe for you, but if I were you - I'd use your king prawns, chopped tomatoes and sweet red pepper together. Cook up a little pasta, angel hair maybe - add them together - YUMMY. Not quite sure about sauce - some olive oil and the juice from your chopped tomatoes would probably be enough. Maybe a salad with it, with your red onion, lettuce and chic peas?

With your chicken, throw in your shallots, garlic, new potatoes - cooked in a skillet - GOOD STUFF.

Maybe a gumbo of some sort?
Check out www.allrecipes.com and go to their ingredient search - this should help you out a bunch.
GOOD LUCK!

Spice the chicken breast and grill them. Peel & halve the shallots and place in a roasting tray with the new potatoes, garlic (sweet when rosted) and some olive oil. Roast it until the potatoes are soft and then add the red peppers and mushrooms and cook for a further 15minutes. Serve together on a bed of cos lettuce! Yummy and healthy....

Lightly fry the red onions, and add some garlic and the canned chopped tomatoes with some basil. Add one spoon of sugar to take away the sour taste in the tomato and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the pre-cooked chickpeas, king prawns and a touch of dried or fresh chilli - to your taste of course. Serve with rice.

hmm
cut the chicken breasts in bite sized pieces, saute up the garlic, dont let it burn, it gets bitter, with the shallots, add the prawns, the chicken, add some black pepper. if you have any 1/2 and 1/2 or cream, saute the mushrooms and red pepper in a seperate pan, when they are soft, stir in some cream, maybe a little dash of nutmeg. boil the new potatoes with some garlic right in the water. mix the chicken, prawns and mushrooms together. serve over the potatoes, or on the side. use the rest of the ingredients for a nice salad..
hmm...when is dinner..
good luck

roasted new potatoes with onions, a salad with chick peas, shallot, and sweet red pepper and lightly fried prawns, and serve the chicken with tomatoes.

add paprika to the potatoes and maybe even some rosemary.

cut the chicken into cubes and fry it with the garlic till sealed, than when sealed, just cover the pan and let them cook. when they are almost done, add the mushrooms which you have previously cut into 4 pieces. add salt and pepper when the chicken is cooked. if you have some fresh cream, you can add some fresh cream to the chicken, but just add it as soon as everything is ready. You can also add some paprika. i normally sprinkle paprika on top of the plate when it is ready. if you have sweet paprika it is better.

as for salad dressing you can either add just some nice olive oil, or make a yogurt sauce.

i normally just use half cup yogurt and 1 spoon or 2 honey. This also goes really good with roasted potatoes.

Make a curry! They only thing that is lacking is green curry paste.

- Chop red onion in fairly large pieces and fry in wok with some olive oil.
- Chop up the mushrooms and add to pan, together with garlic.
- In a seperate bowl, make a mixture of one tablespoon of curry paste and half a tin of coconut milk.
- Add curry micture to wok.
- Add king prawns to wok
- Add some coriander, salt and chilli flakes
- If you have, add fish sauce.

Let simmer for 15 minutes and you are done.

- Make salad of cos lettuce, chick peas, sweet red pepper, and challots.

Instead of the king prawns, you can use the chicken for the curry.

I've been told that in a situation like yours you should run a search on google. Enter all the ingredients you have in to the search with the word recipe as well. It should come up with a list of recipes. I've never tried it but I heard a feature about it on the radio and it worked for them.
