Psycopaths don't care if they hurt anyone or not. Physical activity might help release some of your frustrations. Also getting in the habit of setting boundaries helps. You don't have to get mad, just set a boundary!! A great book is "Boundaries" by Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend.

art therapy and writing will help. story writing can be very revealing as most people project. i have facilitated art and writing therapy groups and it is incredible how much you can learn about someone through it. especiall for those with no other way of expressing themselves. another effective tool is journalling. it is like talking out loud with no one judging you.

get a case of bottle beer, drink all of it get your revolver, and go to the country and line all the bottles up an target practice. That works for me. I get all the tension off of me, especially when i hit all the empty bottles. Or if you live in the country, and you have an extra old TV, watch it till an add, or someone you hate comes on TV an shoot the TV.

try martial arts it will teach you self decipline and control of your emotions,and you will have a chance to kick some butt during sparring sessions
