Fresh cheese curds from the creamery or factory. You know they are fresh if when you bite into them it squeeks. I'm from Wisconsin, I know fresh cheese.

sharp cheddar, mozzeralla, curd cheese..i love all kinds though, it's so hard to choose just one!!! I could, and pretty much do eat it every day!!
