Both things are actually very good for you. Many people I know are peanut butter holics, I for one crave peanut butter but if I eat to much it throws my entire system off and I'm stuck in the bath room for a couple of days. Why hasn't this happen to you I'm wondering. From a holistic point of view your body is craving protein so, maybe you should be taking mega doses of protein to quiet the cravings. Say, good luck and here's to peanut butter!

Don't fret about it. The more you think about it the more you'll want to eat. Fill your time with other things and you'll forget about the cravings!
Just try and stick to the cereal, and ditch the peanut butter. Muesli's not so bad!

dude i love peanutbutter to there isnt really much you can do that i can think of but peanut butter isnt all that bad for you there is lots of protein and the fats are the good fats.
and you wouldnt need to stop all together just take it easy
in stead of eating straight PB eat PB toast or PB and jelly sandwiches.

What's the problem?

PB is high in fat, but it's "good" fat, so it's good to go as long as you keep it reasonable.

Switch to Organic PB which is great for you and does not have all the extra sugar

now you just need to put the two together, cereal and peanut butter. try Reese's Puffs

or Reese's snacksters:

So what's the question? And why do we care about something so sad, trivial and unintelligent?
