Eat more protein. Studies have proven that the next generation of immigrants to the US are taller than their parents due to the increased intake of protein. Even if the protein is a junky McDonald's hamburger, it still makes that generation taller.
Conversely, lots of sugary stuff will counter the protein. (Juices, soft drinks, pastas)

Not a thing. There are no supplements, vitamins, exercises, devices....nothing that will make you any taller. Girls are usually done growing when they are 19-20. Boys are done when they are 21-22.

Outside of getting growth hormone injections, nothing. That's all genetic doings and nothing else will effect it. You can take calcium supplements to make sure your bones stay strong and healthy so you don't become SHORTER but there's not really anything you can do to get taller...sorry.

Try biking. There are some bikes with adjustable peddles. You gradually move the peddles lower and lower. Kind of like when people get leg extensions, you move it slowly each day, but without the surgery. Also, good excercise!

Other then having a healthy well-rounded diet, you can't really influence your height. You have a height potential based on your genetics, and if you eat well you'll reach it.
