I know exercise is good, ive seen some people who have lost lots of weight and the skin has gone back with excerise, and some i have seen, have had to have surgery. I'll keep check on this question, as i loved to know the answer myself!!

i think if you do toning excercises while dieting. it's saggy muscles not baggy flesh. stretched skin will tighten as the muscles are tighten
