But if u r buying green tea supplements, the amount of caffeine can be artificially manipulated, some variants stick to the normal green tea caffeine intake, others reduce it while free in some. It is really up to you to decide which to buy.

As for the supplements, read label it should say if it contains caffeine. Although we know green tea is GOOD for us some just cant get used to the taste. I love it but I had to learn to lol, I also mix green tea with my juice. This will hide ant unfavorable taste. I know it can be tart. Hope this helps.
