when you start craving sweets, or start getting dizzy you can always drink a diet cola, or try the oranges again. you should really get checked for diabetes though. and if it comes back negative, it may be time to change diets

It always helps me to have some yogurt with cereal sprinkled on it for crunch. If you don't like yogurt, how about a bowl of cereal with fruit in it? You could go light on the cereal and heavy on the fruit if it affects your diet too much. I love cereal as a snack b/c of all the vitamins they put in it! Good luck. It happens to all of us (the low blood sugar thing) - you're not alone in that. Try to eat small meals when you can to keep your level stable...I eat celery with a little peanut butter or a piece of cheese something like that every hour or two...otherwise I'd get like you did again, and I try to prevent it!

Im not on a diet like that (as it would require me to eat meat) but carrots arent fattening and have very little carbs. just peel a carrot because they taste good and theyre healthy!
heres the complete nutritional value of carrots :)

Try Sinfully Delicious candies. They are fat free, sugar free, carb free, and only 2 calories per candy, but they are very sweet.

i think you should eat any sugar that will help you out. that is more important than staying on your diet.
