Because your belt lifts up a part of your intestine called the ileocecal valve. As it lifts, it opens up which allows partially digested food to move to an area of your digestive tract not designed to handle it. This is extremely irritating. And your digestive tract responds to anything irritating by trying to purge itself. Food far down in the digestive tract gets pushed immediately into the colon, which starts to spasm.

Maybe your dress-up clothes are tighter than your other clothes. Or perhaps you always get dressed up at the same time of day and it also happens to be a time that you usually move your bowels.

When you're getting dressed up, it's usually for an important or semi-important occasion. You get that "butterfly in the stomach" feeling and results in you wanting to go to the bathroom.
