how do you feel? according to the charts you at a healthy wieght for your age and being female.....maybe even a bit thin depending on your bone structure and muscle tone.
instead of focusing on LOSING weight.... you should focus on being healty! your still growing the scale can be decieving as you grow taller you will gain wieght, but in the right way..... the trick is to redistribute what you have and make your body work for you.. ifycertain areas are botherin you... (at your age my hips seems HUGE but now i wish i had them back at that thin size lol ). .. remeber your body is changing... and your probably developing some natural padding which is normal and good... the trick is to redistribute what you have and make your body work for you
eat your veggies.. a few fruits and low fat or non fat dairy... eat lean proteins particulary chicken without the skin, fish, beans. limit your sugars... dont eat processed foods.. ie anything that has been trhough a machine and comes out as something else. subsitute water for pop.. .if its boring try teas there a zillion vaieties and with some practise will get some you like.. or add 1 or 2 juice icecubs to your water for a little flavor with minimal calories...
exercise daily! learn about your chaging body so your more comfortable and live to be healthy.. not anyone elses idea of what you should look like.

You're right where you need to be. Do me and yourself a favor -- don't worry about your weight until you're 21. You're still growing and your body is going to fluctuate some over the next ten years or so. As long as you're getting exercise and you're eating a healthy diet you'll be fine. If you feel that you're getting too heavy and you're eating mostly fast food and junk food, then by all means cut back on that stuff and eat more things that you know are good for you, but other than that don't worry -- be happy.

You definitely do not need to lose honey.
There's no real average weight for age and height as each persons body type varies.
Also, you are still growing.
You shouldn't worry about your actual weight, as long as you are eating healthy and do a little exercise you have nothing to worry about.
Hope this helps x

Focus your attentions on living a healthy lifestyle. Do not worry about your weight at 12. Go hang out with your friends, have fun, etc.! Believe me, when you become an adult the only thing you'll do is worry. Enjoy being a kid!
When someone your age starts to worry about his/her weight and starts to diet (a big no-no at any age) the chances of them being overweight when he/she is an adult is much greater! So, do your future self a favor and eat healthfully.

You should...not worry abouut it right now as you're not done growing and if its that much of a concern get your parents to make you an appointment with a nutritionalist
DO NOT go on a fad diet
DO NOT try a friends advice
listen to a professional....and no I dont mean you're friends brother 'because he's really skinny'(or some other reason like that)

At your age, weight in general is not something you need concern yourself with too much. What you need to be thinking about is developing healthy habits...like a regular schedule of exercise, a healthy nutritionally complete diet and adequate sleep every night along with drinking 2 liters of water every day. Habits like these will mean you never have to worry about your health.
Use resources you have, like a school nurse, your home economics department, google for Body Mass Index to find out what you need to do. Good luck to you.

Your weight is fine! Quite thin actually. And anyway, I don't think you're supposed to mess with your diet much when you're still growing.
It's totally normal, too, for girls' bodies to go through awkward phases when they're around your age - so if that happens to you, no worries, you're still growing! It all evens out nicely as you get older. Good luck!

Your weight sounds perfect to me, but remember that there is a big difference between being a healthy weight and being HEALTHY...if your diet is balanced, you'll always be just fine.
