First be a real man and tell your girlfriend what you did. If you play then you will have to pay at some point in time. If your girlfriend decides to stay with you, stupid as that may seem.. then explain to her about this girl bothering you and let her answer your phone when she calls. I am sure your girlfriend(let's hope she still will be) will surely set this female straight and then this other person won't be able to tell on you because your girlfriend or ex will already know.
This would be far better than allowing this to go on and this girl show up on your door steps while your girlfriend is with you, exclaiming she is pregnant with your child.

It´s all your fault let her tell you girlfriend, do u think what u felt when u slept with her was so much different from what u always feel with your girlfriend?, it´s the same orgasm nothing different, u men u are sometimes so weak that u just unzipp your pants without thinking.The only way is to tell your girlfriend the truth, she better hear it from you than from that ***** or someone else who saw u.And believe me the earlier the better bse one day she will find out the world doesn´t keep secrets anymore.People do mistakes, if this is your first time she may forgive u, but if you´re repeating the history the chances are 0 percent.Goodluck
