its called chivalry.....................you may do that when you are flirting with each other but its not necessarily flirting.

its the way how u do it if it in a normal way like when a boy is getting freezed and u give him a jacket and in the same way u r doing this with a girl then its totally ok. but if the way of offering help is discriminating or wrong is flirting and not a good thing
