A few months ago I had an affair with a girl I work with. She is married and has children. I have a girlfriend. It only lasted about a month or so. Of course , her husband eventually found out. I told him the complete truth and I told my girlfriend the complete truth as well. So basically everyone involved knows everything. She went back to her husband ( of course) and I stayed with my girlfriend. We still continued to talk for a few weeks at work , even kissed at times and that eventually faded into just talking. She went on vacation with her family and since her return to work has basically avoided me like the plague. Just saying the "Politically correct "things when we cross paths..." Hi how are you , Nice to see you" and thats it. It really was never about the sex. I really adore her. I miss talking to her. Should I maybe approach her about this or just let sleeping dogs lie? Holy rollers save your keystrokes , I've heard it all before.

well if she was talking to you b4 she went on vacation nad hasnt really said much since she came back maybe her and her husband talked and he told her that he didnt want her to talk to you but theres always that possibility that she feels bad for haveing na affair and is afraid that i might happen again....I say talk to her or if you guys have email then send her an email and tell her that you want to atleast be friends and see how it goes.

This is my own persoanl feelings, but perhaps it is best that you let go and dont seek a lot of conversation with her. It just may start all this over for you.
Are you willing to go through this again. I f your with a girl friend perhaps you would be better to be satisfied with her and forget the married gal. your call. you and you alone have to decide what is best without someone giving you a sermon on morality.

Unless you really want to ruin her marriage, I would stick with being polite, but distant.

I would start looking for another job so that you don't have to bump into her everyday. To be honest, if her husband has anything to do with it, she's probably looking for another job herself.

I think it would be best for all parties if you just let it die. If at some point she becomes divorced, then you can resume your pursuit.

Keep your distance, and avoid eye contact.
Pray that she doesn't sue you for sexual harassment!
