That sounds about right. Everyone is different because of their body frame and metabolism, but in your case you shouldn't worry about being overweight or "fat." You know what you should and shouldn't eat, so eat the "good for you" stuff as much as possible and avoid the "bad for you" stuff whenever possible (but allow yourself to have that stuff every once in a while) and be sure to get some exercise every day, even if it's just a 15-minute walk around the block. If you get concerned about your weight, DO NOT use diet pills and remember you're still growing, so wait until you're 21 to decide whether you really need to go on a diet or not, OK?

sounds perfectly fine! it's nice that you are concerned about being healthy, just focus on a healthy lifestyle, eating the right foods and getting some exercise...but don't worry so much about the number on the scale :) if you are taking these steps to take care of your body it will all be fine.

I should hope not. Their is no such thing as a normal person. Would you really like to be "normal", how boring would that be. Their is average (which is almost just as bad). I'd say you are exeptional!

I don't think you should go on a diet, you seem "normal" to me. Just eat healthily and exercise!

If you feel good and healthy. Then you are normal. At sixteen, you still have some growing to do.

Sure! Everyone is unique. You sound petite, just keep eating healthy...veggies, fruits, protein (nuts and meat) and grains, and you feel great too!
