I have high LDL (196). I feel tired when it gets high, very heavy, no power at all, and I get the killing headache. Few times I felt this heart palpitation thing. Try going to a cardiologist and have stress test, to check whether your heart handles physical stress. If so, you might try excercising 5 times a week, it made me feel much better, almost normal. And avoid having fattty meals, I feel dying after them. Good luck.

Cholesterol might be doing it. Your blood pressure is a shade high, but not enough to account for that.

Are you on any weight control aids? My grandmother took Metabolife for a while and it messed her up but good, including leaving her with some of the symptoms you describe.

What about stress tests? That might show what's going on. And try more blood tests, with a specialist. You might have a condition that's keeping you from getting enough oxegyn in your blood.

And this is a long shot- but check for diabetes.

Good luck!

it very well could. your blood is trying to push through your veins, overworking your heart and lungs (which tires you out quickly). i would guess you are under a lot of stress and probably eating not so great. increase you vegetable intake, eat a small salad before each meal. drink plenty of water. check out some of the natural herbs that helps get cholesterol in check such as garlic capsules, cinnamon etc these are both good for high blood pressure too, along with a list of other benefits. good luck

This looks like stress, maybe caused by worry about the diagnosis of hight cholesterol.

Of course, cholesterol can be lowered and blood sugar made more normal by healthy living.

Think of it as a shotgun approach to health, happiness and life.
Aim for:
No junk food.
Regular bedtimes.
As few drugs as possible.
Exercise
Meditation
Fun
Relaxation.
