Red blood cells carry oxygen to all of part of our body. Brain, for example, without oxygen for more than 4 minutes would put us in coma, or worse, die.

It is an unfortunate situation to be in. Your disease is called "anaemia" (or anemia), but this is not a diagnosis from me. You have to go through few investigations from a certified medical doctor to be diagnosed officially.

People with this disease is called "anaemic" (or anemic). The body of an anaemic works much harder to supply oxygen to the tissues. This could make the patient feel fatigued and short of breath, and sometimes having dizziness and chest pain.

Anaemia could be relieved with a blood transfusion or with medication to increase your body's production of red blood cells.

Do avoid from get injury.
