List of Vegetables With Portions/Calories/Fiber:

http://www.cellinteractive.com/ucla/weight/fruit_veg.html

Fiber in g per 100g

Baingan 3g
Karela 3g

Celery 2g
Broccoli 3g
Carrot 3g

They are more or less the same.

From oatmeal (not a vegetable) it's 2-3g of fiber per 100g. Fruit, vegetables and grains give you most fiber but not a single one has significantly more.

Lots of them, almost any, go to market and hold up the vegetable to sun light or batter still to light bulb, if you see the fibbers, you can break it certain way and you see fibbers.

All grains have fibber too.

Internet will have whole list of it, may need to translate but may have a photo so you can see what it is.
