I know the yolk is fattening, but how much damage can it do? I only eat hard boiled eggs once in a while. I sit all day at work but when I get home, I hit the treadmill and crunch time tapes. Am I good?

You can eat up to 3 eggs a week

Though there is fat in an egg yolk there is also a nutrient that is high in the yolk and is hard to get from other sources as easy

this excersize is worthless and will have no effect on the amount of yolks you eat.You should only eat only one egg yolk a week,or 1/7 egg yolk a day, with whole grain bread.

two eggs every day is probably too much cholesterol, if you have a high cholesterol it will harm you. If you don't have high cholesterol than it probably won't harm you.

Most wheat toast isn't whole wheat, but white bread with a touch of whole wheat flour in it.
