There are lot of products like lotion/spray Available in the market to increase the timing of sex. How do you people think about it. what is the best way to increase the sex timing naturally ???

The answer above me is good and on target (no pun intended). However, I am 68 and have never used any lotion or spray on my johnson or her shorty.
The best turn for me and partners has been nearly clinically clean bodies. I insist/encourage we both shower together. They take it as romantic but I take it as insuring they are clean cause I wash them.
As for masturbating I find it helps because I last longer with less anticipation factor. When I know a session/date I masturbate the day before. That makes me last longer in sex, allows for me to perform longer foreplay on her. Condoms also help less sensitiveness and longevity.
My goal in with sex is to pleasure the woman as long and as much as possible. That is my pleasure and duty. My climax after her satisfaction is my reward.

most of those sprays and lotions just numb your equipment. so if you just want to last long go ahead.. or try some viagra. that just works quickest.. (though if you have heart problems dont use it)

as for masturbating , thats usually a really good natural way to get comfortable with your own body, so that you can last longer.

Those products r fine, especially lubricating oils are nice. The sprays help you not to finish so fast and they are fine too.
A guy would masturbate if he suffers PE. This allows him to last longer and please his lover..My man has that problem and it's miserable in the bed w/him...I am never satisfied sexually in this situation.
