The body does not need any help in detox. The liver and kidneys are designed to do that without external support. Eat a good diet, drink plenty of water and dont put toxins (like drugs, cigarette smoke etc) into your body and you will be fine;

I tried them for seven weeks to detox my liver,and I think they worked alright.
drink plenty of water,and try to stay away from fat.
