Just one question. SO if you lay in bed with someone who you are supposedly just friends and when you wake up in the morning you really need to go home but he wont let you. He wants you to just lay there with him and hold him and him hold you. He does this for like 3 hours until you finally really have to go home. (yes you were intimate that night and this is the second time) Then you go to work and he starts acting wierd and doesnt have much to say at work and doesnt really call you for like a week. SO what does this mean?

He wants you, but he doesnt know how to go about getting you. He probably doesnt know how to act around you when your around people or at the work place. A man's true side comes out when you get him alone, next time when he comes over ask him.

Ugh he's being a typical man thats what it means! Since you both work together, 1 reason may be that he doesn't want the people at your work to know about your getting together so he doesnt talk to u much there. Another is that he may be unsure of how much he likes you. In any case, even if he does like you for more than just some action, hes not showing it well and is being a little jerky. I would just not worry about it, either be patient and see what happens, or find a guy who isn't so immature!

That my friend is weird.Well it sounds that maybe he needs the love and effection that he usually doesn't get from anyone else. Or it could mean that all he wants is what he's used to getting and he's just a little to obsesive with it and he thinks that that is the only way to get effection from someone. Maybe u should have a talk with him about it and ask him questions and just question him about it. Maybe he feels that he doesn't want to be alone anymore and ur the one that always comforts him the most and he values it.

I think that he is confused. He needs to sort his head out before you do anything else. If he contacts you then you need to stay strong. If he contacts you for one thing then simply say no thank you. Do you want to be used?

It means he's clingy when you're alone but has to put on a front around others. Ditch him and move on. Let somebody else deal with his sorry butt.
