depends on what kind of sandwich. corned beef goes on rye bread, peanut butter and jelly wonder white bread, ham and cheese whole wheat bread, chicken salad on a roll and so on

wheat bread, because it is healthier. But sometimes when i eat peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches, i will use white bread because it tastes better that way. rye bread is good too, i usually use rye when i am eating a salami sandwhich.
