Please help me friends.I am 18 years old but I look like a 40 year old man.My weight is 92kgs.I am 5ft 9 inch long.Here is excessive fat on my thighs and and buttock.My waist is 38 inches.I have become a source of fun in my friends.I am really very tensed.Usually i remain at home and so eat a lot.I can do very much exercise.Tell me some type of exercises with which I can reduce 20-25 kgs in 20 days.Please give me suggestions.Thanks in advance.I am ready and I can do everything.

Hey, take care. Its not easy.

Don't look for the fast ways to lose weight. In the end, you will feel tired and find yourself frustrated.

I'd say go either to weight watchers or consider the http://www.gidiet.com The idea here is to eat foods that take more to digest and thus you have less insulin and feel less hungry. Real weight loss takes time. (Several heart surgeons recommended the G.I. Diet. Creator was head of a heart association in Canada.)

Things to eliminate RIGHT AWAY:
1) Forget all softdrinks. (Including diet ones.) Try water and fruit instead.
2) Excercise is another thing to consider but consult a doctor in that.

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night
