Elijah went up to heaven via chariot 4 King 2:11 and will return from heaven to preceed Messiah's first coming. Malachi 4:5 Jesus declared that John the baptist his cousin was the return of Elijah. Mathew 17:10-13

Taking the above verses into consideration why are Christains waiting for his return from the sky? Most chirstains are missing him because they have fixated their eyes into the skies.
Baha'u'llah founder of Bahai faith has unequivocally stated that he has descended from the heaven in spirit just as Jesus did on his first coming to full fill his return. " He did come again unto you in the clouds of heaven" Baha'u'llah - gleanings

Religious leaders of Christianity are well aware the Jesus returned in 1844, however as they cling to power and are following their lowest inclinations, they keep the truth away from the people attending churches. Both the Bab and Baha'u'llah in their writings have denounced the excesses of the religious leaders who prevent their followers to investigate the truth.

Jesus will definitely return from heaven. For He said in His word when he was going back while talking to the disciples that same way they saw he leave for heaven likewise will he return.

Heaven is beyond the sky. Heaven is not the sky. Even scientist have not been able to really locate where heaven really is located. However, it does exist and this is the
FACT. However they have had a glimpse of it in their various expedition, but really have not been able to locate where it is located.

Jesus body in spiritual heaven is to reign there as king, oversee our activities on earth and watch all deeds of mankind.

Heaven means in God's presence and Jesus body is still there and on earth in the Blessed sacrament of the Eucharist.

The Lord and God Jesus, who was crucified and died and rose again will return to judge the living and the dead.

Religion is a sociological construct designed to give hope and safety to the naive. Heaven and Hell are it's action- reward mechanism. God doesn't exist. Prayers do not work. 'Nough said
