Hope I also know the answer for this question because my sister has breast cancer detected recently and her breast and some lymph nodes removed ( one lobe having cancer on the same side) and chemotherapy started. Because of this I have visited various cancer sites in the web and what I found is that chemotherapy is most effective against the fastes spreading cancer because the medicines have been evolved keeping on mind that cancer cells spread fast and hence destroy all the fast spreading cells. It is because of this that fast spreading cells like bone marrow and hair cells also are being killed during chemo. Regarding your question the most terminal and fastest spreading cancer is metastasis cancer and inflamatory cancer but do not worry because the missile ( i.e the chemotherapy) is directed towards fastest spreading cells and therefore this cancer is the best target for chemotherapy. All the best

Anaplastic carcinoma of the thyroid is a very bad actor with a life expectancy of less than 6 months.

Small cell carcinoma of the lung also has a very bad prognosis with aggressive growth and early and frequent metastasis.
