No one speacks english, some people speak it.

Go take some lessons and stuff.

First of all u haven't learned enough,i guess.so if u can't take a class or something like this,try to buy one of that things like a dictionnary and a tape with words,phrases and all this kind of stuff translated from your natural language to english.i think this would help you-it helped me a bitt.It teaches you the most common things at least.

because you havent practiced enough. you should take an english class or meet some friends who speak it to get more used to speaking it
