"Tornado Alley" extends all the way from the Texas panhandle northeast to Michigan. The highest concentration of tornadoes is from the Texas panhandle through Oklahoma to Kansas, and you can expect tornado conditions in this area any time from March to November. The spring months seem to have more storms and weather conditions that would spawn tornadoes, but don't expect to be able to see one. See, tornadoes hit without much warning and usually don't last very long (15 minutes on the ground is a long time for a tornado to be active). So you really have to be in the right place at the right time to see one.

Come to Wichita Falls , Texas in April
You will be dead set in the absolute middle of the fray and you will be able to go slightly west---east--north--or south from here and almost surely see one within a matter of a few days with no problem whatsoever---this is the absolute middle of the mixing bowl for the big ones !!!
I have had three major tornadoes roll over me in my lifetime and have seen dozens of the killers----you live with them here like the natural breathing in and out of life !!! Google up tornadoes and especially the date April 10th 1979 and take a look into THAT little monster that hit here !!! I rode that one out on my face inside a shopping mall that got a direct hit--- the second largest to ever be recorded with winds in excess of 500 mph !!!

I don't live in America and I don't know anything about Tornados, but you always hear about tornados happening in Florida in the summer.
