My best pal who I like a lot have recently broke up and can't forget his ex.What can I do?

Well the worst thing you can do right now is push him.Let him some space and you can't do nothing else but be there for him.Tell him that he can always call when he's ready to talk to you anytime.This way you'll make him see that he can always turn to you if any problem appears and every day that passes by you are going to be closer to each other and who knows he may ask you out any day soon.But till then I suggest you to be a good friend for him and nothing more.

If he can't forget his ex. Y did he broke up? Past is past.... Now help him to make new friends. Make him happy in all the ways u can. This will extract his mind from his ex's memories.

Nothing. He needs to get over her in his own time. Just be sympathetic to his situation and he will be fine. It takes time you can't just dump someone and forget they ever existed!

Leave him alone. He will get over her in his own time. You being pushy isn't going to win you any points in that depeartment. Besides he does have a CHOICE when it comes to whom HE has a relationship with. I suggest you focus your attentions elsewhere.

if you have to try and make him forget her than it is not going to work and he aint going to do it for you only when he realizes someone else is better for him and it might take a while.
