I have finish my cookery course so is that mean i am qualified??? or i have to start my apprentice again?

Your cookery course was for your education. You will still have to serve and apprenticeship under the tutelage of a Chef. You still need to know how to put your education to practical use. Most indentured apprenticeships are for 3 years in the US and in Europe they are for 4 years.

A qualified chef does 4 years of training

A cookery course i think is a bit more basic than what a chef learns

The qualifications that you got in your course allows you to do what you learnt and you could probably be called a Cook

Well ,,being a qualified chef its only the start of the profession,you can be considered e chef when you have accumulated enough experience on how to cook different kind of food (france, italian, indian ,Chinese,)and also when you start to have your own stile of cooking using ingredients in different way from other chef or cooks.
But then it depends all from your goals..and your creativity..
