Hooray!!!
I thought it was just me.
hold on.
er......no, that's bad, obviously.
ok I think it's possibly due to heat loss or dehydration.
do u have the rooms fairly warm?
do u drink plenty?
trouble is, when u stop, ur metabolic rate plunges and so u lose heat, especially thru the head. it might help to wear a hat of some sort. do u have a santa hat left over from Christmas?
don't use it, i just wondered!!
but i think some form of headgear plus drink might work.
ignore that silly man at the top.
and pick me instead?
no, i don't think so!!!
good luck
xxxx

Is the sofa 2 or 3 seater - I'd get headache AND backache if on 1st. Do you do night-shift or non-normal hours? I used to be nauseous if I was not in bed by 10am after night-shift and headache also if not enough sleep.
Drink lots of water a couple of hours before sleep (not too near to sleep).

Daily headaches don't mean you have migraines. You should consult with your physician for an accurate diagnosis of your headaches. Migraines have many symptoms, including these: * Headache on one side * Pain near and around the eyes * Sensitivity to light and sound * Vomiting and nausea * Lack of appetite * Diarrhea * Abdominal cramps * Increased urination * Dizziness * Fainting If you don't feel any of these symptoms, chances are you aren't experiencing migraine headaches.

You're only suppose to take power naps at our age. Sleep for maybe 10 of 15 mts and you will wake up energized.

an hours nap only refreshes those who are not totally bloody knackered. I have found from experience that no nap is in the end better than a short nap.

Stop sleeping on the sofa !
I believe it has something to do with you head been raised or legs that does it you need to be flat and then you can breath well... Also smoking does not help at all if you smoke dont do before you try sleep..

Sounds like you're dehydrated. Keep your fluid levels up befoer you sleep- even if it means peeing during he night. Lots of women don't drink enough- but it's a good way to fight cystitis.
