Let him do what he would like to... He will either never do it, or will do it anyway. Having sex or not having it won't make a difference on his choices.
Remeber, he can only threaten you with that thing till he has not told it to your parents. So the threat better be removed asap instead of trying to delay it.

It's best that you talk to your parents first before he gets a chance to to reveal your secrets. Don't give in to his threats and try to stay away from this guy. If you are not ready for sex or if he forces to have sex with you, I think you should stand your ground and be firm.
Never ever let him take advantage of you.

he is a total loser but im sorry you will have to tell your parents and then tell them about the guy trying to blackmail you --- they will be more upset about that than the other as a parent this i am sure of
